Embarkation begins at 12:30 PM, Counter 26, at Tuan Chau Port. Check-out is 9 AM, however the boat returns to port between noon and 12:30 PM. Transfer services (surcharge) between hotels in Hanoi’s Old Quarter and Halong are available and must be requested in advance. Guests staying in other areas should go to the property's office at 7:45 AM for transfers to the port. The office is located at 9 Hang Huong St. Hoan Kiem District, Ha Noi. Cruise itinerary and schedule are subject to change upon weather and operational conditions. Special requests, including dietary restrictions, must be submitted to the property at least 2 days in advance.
