Check-in is from 2:00 PM until midnight. Guests must be at least 15 to check-in.

The front desk is open daily from 6:00 AM - midnight. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. At check-in, guests must provide either a negative COVID-19 test result or a record of full COVID-19 vaccination. The negative COVID-19 test result requirement applies to all guests aged 1 and up, and test must have been administered no more than 72 hours prior to check-in. COVID-19 vaccination record requirement applies to all guests aged 7 and up; guests must have received complete vaccination at least 1 days prior to check-in. This is a certified Thailand SHA Plus property. Thailand SHA Plus is a health and safety certification (an additional level to the SHA standard), for properties that are open to vaccinated travelers and have at least 70% of staff vaccinated, issued by the Amazing Thailand Safety and Health Administration.
